Ricky, a thirty-one year old Spaniard and co-owner of a small online toy shop, lives in a small town in the south of Spain and comes from a poor, large gypsy family where spiritualism is a part of everyday life. His biggest dream is to settle down with his Czech friend Danny and start a family with him. Danny is his opposite: he is more rational than spiritual, studies music composition at university and comes from a well-to-do Prague family. They met while Danny was on a study abroad in Spain and have now been in a long-distance relationship for three years, visiting each other regularly
Just when it looks like Ricky will be able to convince Danny to move in with him permanently, Danny's beloved mother Eva dies. This not only leaves Ricky's partner to deal with the heavy loss, but also puts him in charge of his mother's business. In addition, the ghost of Eva begins to appear to Ricky, who needs to make sure her son doesn't make an ill-advised decision...
