The series The Well has 5 nominations for the Czech Lion 2025

The Czech Film and Television Academy (ČFTA) announced today the nominations for the 33rd annual Czech Lion Awards. In the 24 statutory categories, 32 films, television series, and miniseries advanced to the second round of voting out of a total of 94 works premiered in 2025. The films Franz, Sbormistr, Karavan, Letní škola, 2001, Nahoře nebe, v dolině já and the miniseries Studna received the most nominations.

The Czech Lion Awards ceremony will take place on March 14 for the first time at the Prague Congress Center. It will be broadcast live, as usual, by Czech Television on the ČT1 channel. 

The series Studna has 5 nominations for the 2025 Czech Lion Awards.
